Your program looks very varied and I am due to return to the UK in 2010. I am obviously looking for a club to join and although Oswestry will be my home town Shrewsbury BSAC looks more inviting.

We do have a very varied program, we could be diving off the Welsh coast on the Llyn Peninsula one week, or up in Carnforth near the Lake District testing out our kit at the Capernwray quarry, or visiting spectacular wrecks and reefs in the Red Sea, which is a trip we organise two or three times a year.
Many of our members aren’t necessarily Shrewsbury-based, some are from Oswestry, Telford and even Newtown, so you’d be more than welcome to join us – the more the merrier!
The best thing to do is get in touch with us near to the time you’re coming back – you can email shrewsburysubaqua@googlemail.com to register your interest, or call our New Membership Secretary, Gaynor Morris, on 07898 891039, or pop in and see us when you get back – we’re at the Quarry in Shrewsbury every Thursday night from about 7pm.
